2 Worked with M/S ALLIANCE INTEGRATED METALIKS LIMITED as AGM (HR & ER) from
Jan.,2011. to Sept.2013, Manpower strength Around 850 Employees. It was a Green Field Project
3 Worked with SU-KAM POWER SYSTEMS LTD. as Sr. Manager –HR from 9.3.2010 to 14.1.2011.
I was responsible for over all Management of HR functions of all their 3 Units Located in Baddi .

4 Worked with M/S SAMTEL COLOR LIMITED- DY DIVISION in Solan District (H.P) as
Manager (HRD) from 2.9.06 to 5.3.2010. The SAMTEL GROUP is known for its leading HR

functions of the Three Units Located at Parwanoo in Solan District (H.P.) . Manpower strength 1000

5 Worked with M/s ANAND NISHIKAWA COMPANY LIMITED from July 2004 to August 2006 as
Manager (Personnel and HR.) in District Mohali . The company is in the business of Manufacturing
Rubber sealing components for Automotive Industries. Manpower strength 650 including contractor’s
workers.
6 Worked with M/s JAI MATA GLASS LTD. Barotiwala, Distt. Solan (H.P.). as Managr (Personnel)
from 01.01.97 to July,2004. Manpower strength 1100 employees
7 Worked with M/s UPTRON INDIA LTD, (T.V. Division), LUCKNOW, from 12th October 1985 to
16.11.96. Joined as Management Trainee and left the company as Personnel Officer.
ACHIEVEMENTS:-
- Provided timely NOC ‘s from various Government departments /Authorities While working
with Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited which was a Green field Project commercial
Production started within a year.
-Successfully Attended Conciliation Proceedings before Labour office and labour cases before Labour
courts/ Industrial Tribunal
-Successfully handled and managed strikes and indiscipline activities adopted by worker’s union /errant
workers
- Got Draft standing orders of 3 units of Su-Kam based in Baddi, certified from the Authorities. .
- Settled around 40 Workmen cases out of court on moderate terms while working with in Samtel
Color Ltd & Ananad Nishikawa Co.Ltd.
-Entered into 3 years wages settlement linked with Productivity with the Samtel Worker’s Union
without single second loss in Productivity.
- Brought severe Industrial unrest in ANAND NISHIKAWA COMPANY LIMITED under control
with my sincere and meticulously efforts. When there was considerably improvement in the overall
productivity of the Plant and then entered into settlement with Worker’s union.
-Entered into Two wage Settlements with workers’ Union while working with Jai Mata Glass Ltd
-Removed around 250 Surplus workmen and staff by taking union into confidence.
