Charles E. Dormady
Dickson, TN 37055
Dear Sir:
I am a versatile and experienced Numerical Control Programmer Analyst
with experience on 3-,4-, and 5-axis milling centers in commercial, mold,
and aerospace fields. My educational background in Physics and Math has
been augmented by many years of working through the ranks in the machinist
and tool design trades. I have programmed in direct N.C. code (MDI),
I.B.M. 360 and 370 A.P.T., a variety of Integrated Graphics (C.A.D.-
C.A.M.), some conversational programming environments, and have been using
MasterCam for the past 12 years and prefer it's strength and speed in solid
modeling. For the last 10 years I have done all of the mold designs, solid
modeling, tooling designs and production concepts for a company that builds
large custom graphic art urethane molds for the construction industry.
Since I started at this company, it has grown to become the top company in
that field.
I have set-up and operated most major C.N.C. controllers, designed and
fabricated all necessary tooling, and planned pre- and post-machine routing
sequences for complex Aerospace and commercial parts of any configuration.
Further, I have been in charge of produce-ability determinations and
sequence planning, responsible for set-up and supervision of the C.N.C.
mill department, done C.N.C. lathe and laser programming, and performed
first article and Q.C. inspection in everything from small job shops to
large aerospace facilities.
Enclosed is my resume for your consideration. I would appreciate your
contacting me at your earliest convenience to schedule an interview to
further discuss my qualifications.
Sincerely,
Charles E. Dormady
