customer's Octel Aria 250 voice mail system with new Unified Messaging
technology.
The project was in four phases:

o Acquaint the customer and project team with the various

voicemail to legacy PBX and ACD center

features and functions to ensure proper compliance by
bidder
o Prepare documentation for the addendums for the RFP for
bidders to respond with very specific questions on
functionality.
. Consultation:
o Provide background on potential integrators and the types
of staffing capabilities that will be required
o I provided a deployment strategy for the new server based
system for redundancy and high availability
o I manage potential manufacturers and integrators to develop
a relationship so the customer would feel comfortable with
