role I was the Sr. Director of Corporate Human Resources for
CheapCaribbean.com, an ALG Company.
Responsible for the Human Resource function for all ALG employees in the
United States, Canada, Europe and Mexico.

For over twenty-six years, Project Transition (PT) has provided help and
hope to adults with psychiatric problems that have been recurrent and
persistent. Many of the people we work with have felt failed by previous
treatment efforts, including psychiatric hospitalizations, medications, and
drug & alcohol rehabilitation programs. Responsible for Human Resources and
Operations for our 8 programs located through out the State of PA.
Significant accomplishments:
. Designed and implemented a company 401(K) Plan.

increase for all insurance benefits for the 2011 open enrollment

Corporation. Optium Corporation was a Public NASDAQ Company (OPTM) and
Manufacturer and leading designer of transceivers and transponders for the
telecommunications and CATV industry. Before the merger Optium had
approximately 500 Global Employees.
Significant accomplishments:
. Enhanced organizational effectiveness by leading transformational

initiatives and deploying key human capital processes and practices
to Sales,
Customer Operations, Engineering and IT departments. Provided

senior leadership team and deployed change management processes in

center. Also responsible for Human Resource support to several Regional
Distribution Centers through out the United States.
Significant accomplishments:
. Successful negotiation with the union on outsourcing small parts area
resulted in an annual savings of over $1,000,000.
. Implemented Safety Action Plan that reduced OSHA incident rate from 18
to 3 in 12 months.
. Developed successful Corporate College Recruiting Program, which
included MIT, and the University of Iowa, among others.
. Reduced search firm fees by $750,000 in first year.
