and Log out & tag out procedure must be implemented for maintenance work.

o Monitoring consumption rate of raw material and update the status to

purchase dept.

o Insured the quality of semi-finished & finished product by coordinating

with QC dept for any non-conformity review, minimise the batch time,

maintained the self life period of material and semi-finished product to

avoid the wastage.

o Actively involved in resolving customer issue regarding particle found in

product Terostat 273 MUL; controlled wastage of costly liquid raw

material i.e. DOP, DINP, and EXXOL D80 by installing modified pipelines &

storage tank.

o Effectively reduced batch time & maintained self life period of semi

finished, raw material and finished product to avoid the wastage.

o Entrusted with QS / TS-16949 documentation process; prepared FS & SMP of

all product by consulting R&D, QC, product development department;

responsible for getting the report authorised by management

representative.
