Started as Branch Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President in
1986. During my tenure Merrill Lynch, Cendant, and now Apollo Management
Group owned us.
My last responsibilities were a 10 office 1100 agent region with a
projected 1.1 billion dollars in sales and a gross revenue stream of 22.3
million dollars. EBIDA has increased 23% Last Twelve month reporting period
and 29% in the prior 12 months. This was accomplished through efficiencies
with losing gross revenue in a declining market and instituting new income
streams.

Accomplishments
1. Was on the senior management team that built company from 2 offices to
73 offices, and 25 million in sales to 8.1 billion in sales in
Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois. Company at time of sale to Cendant
was largest independent Real Estate, Mortgage, and Title Company in
the Country
2. Lead committee that was responsible for building the BURNET brand when
we separated from Merrill Lynch and became Burnet Realty a second
time.
3. Was on negotiating team for the acquisition of Prudential Realty
Chicago and other companies within the Midwest.
4. Opened 7 offices from inception to solid opening recruiting
Management, Sales Associates and Staff
5. Integrated new profit streams (Mortgage, Tile Services, Marketing
Support, Assistant Services, Technology Services and Business
Management) for entire company.
6. In 25 of 29 years increased unit sales in region or office (when that
was sole responsibility) beyond market
