the 2D drawing.

Design of Manual and powered components of window regulator for functionality, Strength to meet
customer specifications like endurance test, environmental testing, Torque specifications for a
powered window regulator, closing & opening times using CATIA V5 R16.
Feasibility study of design.
Cost optimization by using the existing components for new programs where ever feasible.
knowledge of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
Creation of sub assemblies as per process flow
Preparing the detailed drawing as per the manufacturing.
Creation of BOM with material specification.

Break load test, endurance test, environmental chamber test, dust test, Torque test, Etc.

3) Worked for NAL, Bangalore.
National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), a constituent of Council of Scientific
and Industrial Research (CSIR), is India's pre-eminent civil R&D establishment in
aeronautics and allied disciplines.
1. Design of NIRBHAY force model with flow through measurements.
Description: project was undertaken to design the model (conceptualization, stress
calculations, 3D modeling, Assembly & Drafting) using CatiaV5 with Geometric scale
reduction for wind tunnel testing. Designing of model as per Aerodynamic loads,
Functionality, to achieve the 100% Flow through.
Basically there are 4 configuration of Design for a model, with deflectable FINS
and Wing Deployment, Designing is done as per NAL Standards.
2. Design of LAKSHYA variant force model
Description: project was undertaken to design the model, (conceptualization, 3D
modeling, Assembly & Drafting) with Geometric scale reduction for wind tunnel testing.
Position of Balance & support system in a model for various value of Center of Pressure.
Designing of model as per Aerodynamic loads, such as Normal force, Side force & axial
force.
Basically LAKSHYA is unmanned aircraft.
Duration: 2004 to NOV-2006.
4) Worked as a project Engineer.
Job Title : Design of Suspension for a Mini Tractor.
Job Description : Project was undertaken to design a Helical Compression springs for a
mini-tractor based on the Force Analysis. Force analysis is carried to find the load or force
distribution on the vehicle wheel to analyse the most stressed one. This is due to Mass of
CG of the vehicle is not coinciding with the centre of the whole vehicle. Selection of
bearings as per induced loads on the vehicle.
Client : AT & S India Ltd, Nanjangud Mysore.
Duration: Academic project extended to complete the project.
