The company needed to develop a Web-based platform with business process
management and integration capabilities, enabling it to incorporate both
best-practice business rules and third-party technologies into their
processes. Modules cover origination through settlement, plus workflow
management tools. Also HIPAA 5010 upgrade analysis, planning and migration
was part of the project scope. This project focused on Delivering Improved
Services to Customers and the Organization via Effective Re-engineering
(DISCOVER).
Role & Responsibilities:
Business Requirements are analyzed according to System specifications and
to evolve a measurable Plan for the complete group.
Heavily interacted with the Business Users to get a better understanding of
client business processes and gathered Business Requirements.

and facilitated a weekend long meeting with the client and the team to
collect business user stories.
