! Primary responsibilities included managing the U.S. corporate commercial paper (cp) trading business

! Hired by Bank of America in 2005 to increase their presence in the U.S. short term markets. Helped relocate a

business from Charlotte to New York and build a team that went from 7th in market share to 1st in three years.

Market share grew from less than 100 billion to a peak of 500 billion and the desk revenue’s grew from $30mm in

2004 to a peak of $230-250mm in 2008-2009.

! Co-managed the Short Term Fixed Income business at J.P. Morgan. Desk was widely regarded as the largest

and most profitable desk on the street. Primary competitors included Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Citibank,
