Duties to report to hotel on time to rescieve cart, cleaning supplies, wash clothes and stock cleaning cart by
9AM to be able to start. Recieve sheet from housekeeping manager for the rooms that need to be cleaned that
day. Have each room cleaned within a half hour. Total of 16 rooms cleaned per day that consist of properly
making the bed, changing all sheets, cleaning rest rooms properly and restocking with hotel assecories, dusting
and vacumming. Also, responsible for stay overs which include making their beds and cleaning their rest rooms
during their stay at the Whydam Grande Hotel. Greet each and every guest you see in the hotel with a smile.

My duties at Gabriel Brothers were to assist customers with a speedy but accurate check out process at my
register. To keep the front end clean and make sure food shelves stayed straight and stocked. If I was assigned
main cashier that day it was my job to use the phone at my register to page help for certain departments and
answer the phone if management or a customer called. I had to go to my department which was ladies when
my line was down and keep the floor clean by picking up clothes off the floor and straightening racks. Also, I
had to check the fitting room for ladies returns and make sure they were put away by the end of the night. At the
end of the night I had to make sure ladies department was clean, help out in any department that needed help
and count down my register. I also was responsible for price checks if no one was available in that department,
plus clean any department that nobody was in that day at the end of the night.
Medical Assistant
Choice Care Physicians - October 2011 to February 2012
Responsible for checking patients in and out of clinic. Kept room clean and stocked for doctor's, ordered
supplies, signed for ups and Fed Ex deliveries, documented medications and refills in patient charts, called
pharmacies to order medications and refill medications. Called insurance companies to verify coverage for
procedures and medications. Faxed prescriptions to pharmacies and other doctor's patients was seeing. Faxed
lab and test results to other doctors of patients. Called other clinics to receive labs, medications and test
results on patients. Called patients to schedule and remind them for appointments. Answered phones and took
messages for doctor's and called doctor's cell phones in cases of emergency. Kept files and charts up to date.

documenting times of procedures, thorough with 30 second scrubs using iodine, properly bandaging patients,
using a centrifuge and autoclave.
