I was responsible for machining production orders, making sure components were machined
to blueprint specifications with calipers, micrometers, depth gages, etc., and completing
associated paperwork. I had to tear down the set-up upon completion of the work order
(Remove tooling, vice, etc.). I also conducted maintenance (Checking all fluid levels, chip
removal, etc.).

I would come in the morning and warm up the Lathe and the Mill. Then, I would cut bar stock

Production.

I was on a contract assignment at a company named Areva. I come in every morning and
set-up the machine: Make sure the coolant levels are good, check and adjust the table
heights, check/change grinding belts before I start production. We ran 2 3/8 & 3.5 inch
tubing. I also worked as a Material Handler on the Coating Line. I performed Pre-Production
Prepping, Line Maintenance (Pumping, Cleaning & refilling Chemical Tanks), Coupling &
Decoupling of tubes coming through the line. I also performed Post-Production Shut-down.

I would come in an hour prior to the start of the shift and Set-up the machines in my
department. I would start up the machines, warming the glue pots and setting the
appropriate program for that particular machine. I would then gather all of raw materials
needed for each machine. Then, I would perform a First-Piece Quality Checks on each
machine. By Then It would be time to start production. I was responsible for production,
quality, efficiency, safety and the overall maintenance of my machine.

This was a contract position. At the start of the shift, I would perform First Piece Quality Checks
before the start of production on a fixture gauge. I ran a computerized Assembly Press. It was
