personnel. Revamped and branded NuStar Intern Ship program for 2012 and
2013 rollouts. Responsible for 24 Interns at corporate office and 10 out

networking functions. Partners with relocation vendor to assist with
relocation efforts. Provide day to day performance management guidance to
management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary
actions). Handle Employee Relations for Corporate office . Partner with

Administration of Pension Plan, Long Term Incentive, 401(k), Health and
Welfare benefit programs. Continuous review of all Benefit processes in
order to present ideas to management in areas in need of improvement. Work
directly with Information Systems department on developing new system
functionality from testing to post implementation review. Responsible for
various types of reporting including monthly activity reports and census
data for vendors to review potential benefit plans. Participate in
