ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
1. HEV Enterprises :
. Created CAD models of differential drive train used in Hybrid
Electric Vehicle using Catia and carried out mesh optimization in
Hypemesh.
2. Analysis and optimization of connecting rod:
. Connecting rod was modelled in CATIA, 2D and 3D mesh optimization
was carried out using Hypemesh and subsequently the model was
analysed for various boundary conditions and material properties.
. Multiple iterations were carried out to evaluate the best material
for the application.
3. Design and manufacturing of press tool for engine mounting bracket
. The objective of the project was to design low cost press tool for
manufacturing of engine mounting brackets.
. The system was designed and modelled in CATIA.
. Generated production drawings and prepared detailed manufacturing
procedure.
. Carried out cost analysis based on raw material requirements and
manufacturing costs.
4. Value stream mapping for BRIDGE GUARD
. The objective of the project is to implement Lean strategy in
operations of BRIDGE GUARD.
SKILLS: Proficient in Strain measurements using Strain Gauges, Heat
Transfer Analysis, Thermal Modelling, Finite Element Analysis, Auto cad,
CATIA, ANSYS, Hypermesh, SAS, COMSOL and MS Office, ORACLE.
