Key Accomplishments:
• Responsibility for the Firm’s Resource Management Strategic Initiative to identify a one firm approach, inclusive of the processes,
reporting, training and software to ensure the ability to maximize utilization and facilitate sharing of resources. An additional focus
was to ensure the Grant Thornton experience for our employees by taking into consideration individual career aspirations. This
initiative was deferred due to the economy; however, we were able to move forward with completion of the process flow and

Provided counsel to partners, IFS functional leaders and staff on human resource matters for internal firm service (IFS) staff issues for all offices
within the State of Florida. Responsible for shared services administration resource analysis and management, including utilization of IFS staff
and service needs analysis. HR Generalist responsibility for recruitment and retention of IFS staff, as well as managing the evaluation, coaching
and professional development plan process for the IFS staff in Florida.
My responsibilities also included administration of the compensation and bonus program, in compliance with Firm guidelines. Worked with
Regional IFS leadership on implementation of firmwide projects, including service improvement, facilitation of training and recognition
programs. Consulted with General Counsel on potential legal issues.

• Developed an upward feedback evaluation program for senior accountants, managers and partners.
• Participated in the development of a three part program to improve morale and performance. The program included individual goal setting,
continuing education and quarterly recognition awards. Identified instructors and taught classes for the continuing education piece and
assisted individuals in the goal setting phase.
• Additionally, responsible for all compliance with Federal and State laws, assisted with international tours, transfers and managed the
compensation program for the office.
