Job Responsibility : Responsible for GSM Network (BSC,

MSC, VLR, HLR, Radio Frequency: Rx level, Quality etc.) COVERAGE &

CONNECTIVITY issue. Handling ICRM (all types of network regarding

complaints from Postpaid Complaints), PACS (all types of network

regarding complaints from Prepaid Complaints), PUTTY & REFLECTION

(checking the MSC, VLR, HLR, Site ALARM status). Maintain SLA of each

Analysis of the outage report, KPI report. Handling Repeater related

issues with the Co-Operation of the vendor team. To aware about the

Preparation of data for presentation for ROB network review and for

future action plan to reduce the complaints trend.

Maintain Postpaid and Prepaid Daily Tracker, Monthly SLA report, MAPA

report. Generating MIS from SQL database.

Responsible for Health Check, Patches up gradation in the server.

Monitoring windows server for VAS services, site alarm of BSC/ BTS.

Generate trouble ticket & observe those issues to close within proper

time.

2) Working as an Onsite VAS Operation Engineer in Spice Digital Ltd,

Kolkata from Jan 2013 - Aug 2013.
