Professional Experience:

I have worked in M/s. Health Office (India) Private Ltd, RMV, Bangalore, as a Senior MT and also

worked in M/s. Quick Edit Solutions, Bangalore.

Scope of Work:

1. Responsible for performing checks and verifying accuracy of reports, medical history, and rectify

errors encountered in the process.

2. Transcribe and edit recorded or written material, including operative reports, discharge summaries,

SOAP reports, patient history and examinations, physician letters and notes, and pharmacy,

rehabilitation, autopsy, and x-ray reports.

3. Maintain logs of medical procedures, incoming dictation, and transcription records.

4. Verify accuracy of patient information such as name and identification number; verify accuracy of

reports for correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling.

5. Evaluate the relative importance of various projects and determine job priorities.

6. Worked on computerized system of transcribing patient reports.

7. Responsible to communicate in a positive and cooperative manner with management and

supervisory staff, medical staff, co-workers and other healthcare personnel and provide information,

clarification, and resolving problems.

8. Oversee daily activities optimize productivity, and quality of work. Maintain confidentiality of the

work process.

9. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
