Machine Operator: I have 21 yrs operating diff types of machines and worked
first hand with maintenance to further understand and recognize mechanical
issues before they happen. My mechanical aptitude allows me to learn new
equipment quickly.
Machines I have operated are;
Printing press. Delta narrow web flexo press and a Kugler-Womako wide web
flexo press.
Slitter. Senntech roll to roll, stacking and packaging.
Packaging. Hugo Beck Poly bag over wrap and shrink wrap, box packaging and
stacking machines.
Grinder. Machine grinds down a wire used for a angioplasty surgery.
Hufford forming machine. Forms aluminum parts for Boing 777 airplanes.
Quality Assurance: I have and continue to use QA in conjunction with
machine operation's such as 1st article, In process and final inspection. I
have experience with measuring tools such as Micrometer's, protractor's,
microscope's, microfiche light box's, pull test machine for tabs,
blueprints.
Inventory management systems: SAP, Radius, Cycle counts.
Forklift Certified. I currently hold a CAT certification. I have been
forklift certified for 7yrs. Electric and Gas powered Sit down, and Clamp
trucks for picking up large rolls of paper.

Hewlett Packard for production of photo paper from 4x6 to B+ size sheets as
well as greeting cards, large format rolls / slitter / rewinder conversion
and packaging operations.
Experience with:
Leading and Managing 4 to 12 people on any given production job.
Set up and run a Womako wide web printing press and Delta narrow web
printing press. These presses have flexo print station's, rotary die
perforating, and scoring capabilities which is connected to a Hugo Beck
poly bag / film shrink wrapping packaging machine.
Senntech and Goebel Slitter roll to roll and sheeter operations.
Troubleshooting machine issues and light maintenance.
Keeping track of all materials consumed on the job using Radius inventory

Recording quality control inspections which include width, length, surface
defects, blemishes, print registration and edge cut waves and fibers with
microfiche light box, micrometer and micro ruler. 1st article, In process
