Developed, tested, implemented, maintained and further improved the auditing concepts,

methodologies and tools used for assessing the level of compliance to KORE Quality and Food

Safety requirements that led to 50% reduction of customer complaints and 75% reduction of non-

conformances in the third party certification audits .

Rigorously conducted audits at plant sites, co-packer manufacturing facilities, laboratories, and

cold drink/distribution and market place operations, including internal/external warehouses

resulting to consistent compliance to critical Quality governance requirements, policies and

standards of The Coca-Cola Company.

Assessed compliance of twenty two (22) Bottling Plants of Coca-Cola Philippines and one Coca-

Cola Plant in Malaysia to internationally recognized management system standards – ISO9001

(Quality Management System), FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Management System) that helped all

plants maintain their ISO9001 and FSSC22000 certification with 50% reduction in non-

conformances versus previous certification audits, as required by the customer or law.

Effectively trained more than 100 Coca-Cola associates from 22 plants in auditing principles and

techniques which led to a more cohesive and effective internal audit program in the respective

plants.

Reviewed audit results and identified the severity of audit findings or the risk associated with the

findings and ensured the appropriate level of action was taken to eliminate non-conformance.

Prepared value added audit reports that are concise and understandable, that allowed operations

to accurately address corrective actions. Tracked or followed up on effective corrective action

quality standards of McDonald’s from farm to fork. Facilitated continuous improvement in all Food

Safety and Quality Assurance Programs of McDonald’s. Ensured that restaurants comply with all

applicable regulatory requirements on Food Safety, Environment and Safety and Health. Managed and

ensured that all suppliers adhere to McDonald’s quality and food safety programs and Social

Accountability. Supported the company’s strategies on people development, operational excellence and

enduring profitability.

Key Accomplishments:

Improved company's product quality scores from 6% to 82% Grade A in a span of 3 years,

achieving an outstanding recognition for consistent product quality performance recognized by

company’s Asia Pacific Middle East Africa (APMEA) office.

Developed a performance rating matrix that improved suppliers’ performance from 42% to 90% in a span

of 3 years. Led the suppliers’ certification to International Food Safety system (ISO22000), Quality

food safety and quality expectations at 99.5% from baseline of 80%, thus eliminating issues during

Managing Supplier Relationship

Drove supplier selection process and ensured that McDonald’s Food Safety and Quality

requirements were met throughout the supply chain by evaluating suppliers’ plant conditions,

quality control function, records keeping, equipment maintenance, sanitation, HACCP Program,

Stock Recovery Program, Social Accountability and compliance to country’s regulatory

requirements, meeting the McDonald’s Suppliers Quality Management System (SQMS)

Expectations. Ensured third party audits are conducted to assess suppliers’ compliance.
