accountable for job performance. I started with this company as a field nurse until January

2013, when I then took the DON/Clinical Team Manager position.

February RN, Integris Health

2007-

I started with Integris as an RN Case Manager in February 2007. After 3 years, I decided to

gain some hospital experience and transferred Departments to the Medical Surgical Unit of the

Clinton Integris Location working 1 night shift per week. I was utilized primarily as a float

nurse and worked every single unit during this time. At the same time, I took a secondary job

at the Yukon Integris Location as a float nurse, working 3 to 4 night shifts per week. I gained

experience in the ER, ICU, IMC, Med-Surg and Labor and Delivery. After a year, I was

primarily the charge nurse in both locations. The Clinton Location recruited me to come on full

time as the Night House Supervisor as they had a need for an experienced RN with the

experience necessary to teach new graduates. I had participated in the preceptor program at

both locations and was a good fit for this position. I continued as the Night Shift House

Supervisor until the hospital sold to a new Corporation and at that time went back into Home

Health.
