HR. Resolved employee misconduct/performance situations for U.S.
employee base through company employee appeals process which resulted
in no EEOC filings or employee lawsuits, reducing risk for the company
in the area of costs and brand recognition. In addition, provided
guidance to managers on ADA, FMLA, LTD cases for all U.S.(50 cases
resolved in six month period with potential savings of over $12

. Imbedded the Talent Management mindset by conducting more than 15
Talent Management Review sessions with a focus on organizational

"tough talent mindset" by conducting more than 15 mid-year and end of
year performance management calibration sessions.
. Created the groundwork for a proactive sourcing strategy for the
Supply Chain Division. Improved diversity representation in
management and above levels; 61 percent of all hires/promotions were
diverse. Proactively identified diversity training and development
opportunities (Unconscious Bias and Workplace Generations).
Human Resources Manager (2007-2009)
. Supported North America Supply Chain organization with continued
support for Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales & Services LLC and Coca-Cola
Recycling LLC, approximately 500 internal employees including multiple
Vice Presidents at the corporate level and frontline employees in the
Business Units. Partnered with Supply Chain senior leadership team to
drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects
of the people processes and business initiatives. Collaborated with
senior leaders to conduct "all-hands" meetings with multiple teams to
communicate Supply Chain results on the first Company-wide Employee
Engagement Survey and new Company Values. Developed and coached
Supply Chain senior leaders in the development of key actions against
the improvement areas for the Employee Engagement Survey.
. Implemented Talent Management Review with top 200 Supply Chain leaders
and established actions for growing talent and building a strong
pipeline of talent. Implemented Performance Management calibration
sessions.
Manager Employee Relations (2004-2007)
. Led Revenue Growth Management transformation resulting in OPEX savings
of $2.8 million. Coached managers on performance/behavior issues
decreasing the risk of costly employment litigation and related
negative publicity. Implemented Performance Management program with
new focus on measuring leadership skills. Developed the Global
Compensation program ensuring fair and equitable evaluation of jobs
across all functions in the Company. Hired 80 employees in 2006 and
worked to secure top talent in place for each position while
increasing awareness of diversity throughout the employment
relationship.
. Halted Internal Audit attrition and hired to complement first year in
position (first time for Internal Audit) resulting in overall increase
in employee morale, decrease in negative attrition so that business
