. Report to the Director of Intellectual Property and provide support for

ImmunoGen's patent portfolio. Created a patent information management

database in Microsoft Access to administer the company patent portfolio.

Database collects patent family information, outside counsel billing,

annuities, and action docket items in one centralized location. Patent

system provides standard and ad-hoc reports for Director, executive level

staff, accounting, and scientists. Reports include year-to-date, fiscal

year, and total prosecution costs by science/technology group, matter

number, date, or by request. Daily, weekly, and monthly coordination and

interaction with outside counsel, annuity providers and internal staff to

effectively execute patent prosecution for company. Managed the

dissemination and research of U.S. and foreign patents, and report

thereon.

. Responsible for management, distribution and collection of Power of

Attorney documents, Scientist declarations, and other signatures for

outside counsel and patent prosecution needs. Utilized USPTO, WIPO, PAIR

and other patent related research sites to perform research for director

and other scientists as requested.

. Liaison with outside counsel, business partners, educational

institutions, and firms to provide intellectual property support. Serve

as a point of contact for the administration, dissemination, and

recordkeeping of proprietary business and legal documents to support our

internal and external groups and clients. Daily/weekly coordination with

internal scientists to adhere to patent deadlines, office action

responses, and other related prosecution requirements.

. Type, fax, e-mail, draft, FEDEX letters and legal documents to support

patent prosecution administration.
