Account Manager

. Manage all external customer communication and develop relationship

in line with short long-term plans.

. Initiate Thailand short and medium term sales plans and work with

regional directors

. Internally coordinate Thailand specific cost saving projects, raw

material price increase and recovery, customer funded tooling

Asia Pacific Business Analyst

. Initiate Short (1 year) and Mid term (5 years) sales plans based on

corporate sales objectives.

. Coordinate internal project screening, project costing, CAPEX

requirement, customer funded tooling, quotation activities for

programs being quoted from Thailand.

. Assist regional sales director in formulating commercial strategies

for annual 5 year business plan for Asia Pacific region.

. Centrally control product cost, engineering changes and CR

initiatives for Asia pacific.

. Establish and maintain commercial KPIs and report to regional

directors on monthly basis.

. Regionally track actual sales, volume and recovery of raw material

cost impact; and summarize regional commercial performance.
