Qualification Statement
My experience as Executive Administrative Assistant illustrates a broad and
diverse set of skills in both the corporate and not-for-profit venues.
Office operations management and administrative support are just the
beginning of my expertise. Marketing, public relations, event coordination
and project management have also frequently been my responsibilities. I am
an accomplished graphic design and digital artist which has also been
instrumental in my value to not-for-profit organizations where I have
worked and volunteered. As executive admin support I have covered
scheduling, execution of planning and implementing for executives, board
and committee meetings, projects and event coordination; design and
preparation of communication, marketing, and presentation materials for the
executives and organization; I often work independently and have had to
direct others, oversee special projects for agency and or corporate
development. Grant research and writing is another hat I have had to and
can wear. Motivation and effective leadership for paid staff and volunteers
is a dimension of my experience that reflects my passion for people,
helping them identify and develop their talents to fit into their niche; so
that they and the organization thrive and succeed. As an additional note I
possess comprehensive knowledge of Life Insurance and Financial Services
business; I was a licensed health and life insurance agent and have passed
NYS FINRA 6 and 63 Exams (2009).
