Carbon Black Global, LLC

Chief Financial Officer – Start-up Company promoting a unique, patented waste
to energy system. I joined CBG on January 18, 2014 and my involvement has
been in a consulting role, assisting with setting up financial models, budgets,
system proposals and promotion of the products.
I am intrigued by companies that look for ways to save energy, use renewable
resources and develop financial models to make all of this happen. I have been
able to assist with setting up a non-profit component that will help a community
and support selling our system. I have been able to use my finance skills and
tools to create some interesting and effective tools for CBG.
2012 - Present:
Energy Efficient Building Consultants, LLC
Harrisonburg, VA
Director and CEO - May 2012 – I signed a consulting contract with EFCO, a Pella
Company to promote their products in Canada. Their business had been
primarily selling in the United States up until then. I was able to promote EFCO
products and services to architects throughout Canada, Ottawa to Vancouver,
and EFCO is now included in project specifications. New business activity and
bidding exceeded US$ 20.0 million in the first twelve months.
EEBCon is also involved in promoting solar energy (PV) components and
building designs that focus on making building more energy efficient.

June 2007 to April 2012: Retired as Director, Kawneer Global Special
Projects (KGSP) in April 2012. During this five year period, I managed two
sales and technical teams in Virginia and Toronto, Canada. Focused on
selling unitized curtain wall systems in North America and globally. In 2012,
there was a change in direction from Alcoa, moving toward more standard,

growth in global markets where Alcoa BCS was not active. During this period
I opened regional offices in Canada, Dubai, New Delhi, UK, Singapore and
Hong Kong. I hired and managed some of the best of Kawneer – engineers,
designers and project managers. Developed outsourcing contracts with two
manufacturing companies, one in China and one in Mexico. Revenue for this
period (2004 to June 2011) exceeded US $100 mil lion, and my division
contributed toward the business unit reaching revenues of US$ 1.0 billion for
the first time in 2007.
June 2002 – After the acquisition of Reynolds Metals by Alcoa in 2000, I was
asked to be the Executive Project Manager for a large coliseum project
Reynolds was awarded which included the direct supply and installation of
building materials in San Juan, PR – project value was US$ 10.0 million. I
managed this project for two years. The project was completed with no
injuries, on time, exceeded quality expectations and exceeded the projected
profit plan and we were one of the only subcontractors that collected all of our
money prior to leaving the site.
January 2000 - General Manager of IAC (Alcoa loves acronyms). Up until
this period, all of my positions within Alcoa were in accounting and finance
roles. I was offered this promotion, an executive level position responsible for
delivering annual planned and projected results for the business unit.
Revenue results 1990 to 2000 exceeded US$200 million.
