Moser Baer Projects Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2008 with the strategy to

foray into power and infrastructure. The operations span the entire value

chain of the power sector including generation, transmission and

distribution. MBPPL also aims to diversify into coal mining and become an

integrated power and infrastructure company through strategic tie-ups with

other players. The company aims at having a thermal generation portfolio of

5000-6000 MW by 2015. The company is all set to enter into power

distribution business through strategic tie-ups with various leading power

Communication cables, design architecture, PLC configuration drawings,

CCR design.

3. Review of field Instruments data sheets like transmitters, sensors,

switch, and Gauges etc. I/O list, Instrument list, Interconnections &

cable schedule,cable routings, GA, logic checks on the basis of

approved P&ID's and operation control philosophy.

4. Review of Technical design specifications, Request for proposals,

5. SAT done for PLC (Rockwell- Allen Bradley RS Logix) of crusher house,

hardware checks, Loop checking between the MCC & PLC for electric

motors & VFD ( Variable frequency drives ), open and close loop

checking for the field signals ( DI, DO, AI, AO ) between the field

instruments, transmitters like temp, flow, level & pressure,

solenoid valves, Motorised control valve & operated valves ( MOC, MOV

), HMI Graphics as per approved I/O list drawings, software checks

like Protections& interlocks, Modifications of Logics, graphics

checks on HMI ( Human machine interface ) as per approved Operation

control philosophy .
