As an Application Adviser I provide training to the users of IBM
Maximo application, write up user manuals (consisting of over 180
pages), set up efficient workflow for all working processes, attend
meetings and workshops about Maximo, and co-ordinate and call
meetings. Having to keep up with the latest developments in the field
I read a lot of expert literature. My work mainly concentrates on
Maximo computer environment; I assign rights to a variety of users,
connect different modules, create user accounts, test the
application, explore possible deviations, solve problems, etc.

application CBBIS and BBIS. It was my duty to ensure the continuous
running of the application, eliminating any system errors, and
uninterrupted functioning of the IT system between RCL, its clients
and vice versa. In addition, I had to ensure continuity of
operations, managed on-site training in keeping inventory and the use
of CBBIS and BBIS on the following locations: Mercator (60
