Procurement

. Reporting to the Sr. VP of Procurement & CEO, managing a team of 3

external and 2 internal team members, and leading Global Travel

Management Company (TMC), Concur Travel & Expense, Corporate T&E Card,

and Corporate Purchasing Card implementations to help support the

divestiture of ITW's Industrial Packaging Group (new Signode Industrial

Group LLC company).

. Developing, managing, and administering Global Travel & Entertainment

contract annual spend across all categories, and resulted in over $8MM in

annual savings and increased service levels across all categories.

Initiative, which involved over $9MM in annual spend. and resulted in

$2.5MM in annual savings, consolidation of 13 suppliers to a single-

Improvement Initiative, which involved close to $18MM in annual spend.

Results included establishing a standard Parts Repair program throughout

all Kraft NA (North America) locations to increase visibility and to put

a standard ordering protocol in place for all locations, standardized

reporting, fixed pricing and better tracking of savings and overall

repairs.

. Managed and delegated work to 3 Jr. Analysts. Monitored and reported on

their performance and participated in their annual performance, merit

increase, and bonus reviews.

. Managed strategic alliances with national supplier partners and every

supply chain/procurement aspect of various indirect

commodities/categories totaling over $83MM in annual spend (e.g. future

price adjustments based on contractual index pricing, savings and rebates

tracking, monitoring and improving supplier performance, establishing and

maintaining those relationships between supplier locations and over 150

domestic Stericycle locations). Categories included HR Contingent Labor,

Facilities Management, Printed Materials, Telecom, Office Supplies,

Uniforms, MRO & Safety Supplies, Bulk Chemicals, Corrugated Packaging,

and Polyethylene & Polypropylene Plastic Liners (Resins).

. Worked closely with Mergers and Acquisition team to transition newly

merged or acquired locations into the company's current national supplier

agreements for additional cost savings through nationally discounted

pricing and increased service levels. Negotiated new contracts for

commodities with no national suppliers in place for the new locations.

Worked with new team members to obtain buy-in from them on the company's

internal Sourcing Methodology and practices by including them as cross-

functional team members on various Sourcing initiatives where feasible.

. Led and managed US Strategic Sourcing Initiative, which included 59

potential vendors for 3 categories (corrugated boxes, polyethylene

liners, and office supplies) and involved a total of over $17MM in

contract annual spend as well as a Canadian Strategic Sourcing Initiative

that involved over $500K in contract annual spend, resulting in over

$1.5MM in annual savings.

. Led and managed US HR Contingent Labor Sourcing Initiative that involved

27 potential vendors and over $12MM in annual spend with the end-result

consisting of a single-source supplier under an MSP (Managed Services

Provider) program and close to $1.3MM in annual savings.

. Tasks performed during Sourcing Initiatives included managing and

monitoring the overall project to ensure all deliverables and milestones

were met, delegating tasks to 2 analysts and various cross-functional

team members, analyzing spend & usage patterns, identifying potential

suppliers, creating and sending out the RFPs and RFIs, leading sourcing

methodology training, quantifying and analyzing final proposals, supplier

scorecards, and "overall total costs" provided by each supplier,

presenting and justifying selected supplier scenarios to the President of

US Operations and Executive Committee members to obtain approval,

formulating, negotiating and executing the national agreements (working

hand-in-hand with internal and external legal departments), and managing

the implementation process.

mini-RFP sourcing process for fixed capital equipment resulting in over

$4MM in savings in a 3-year period.

consolidation, renegotiating current contracts, and managing various
