merged or acquired locations into the company's current national supplier

commodities with no national suppliers in place for the new locations.

internal Sourcing Methodology and practices by including them as cross-

consisting of a single-source supplier under an MSP (Managed Services

monitoring the overall project to ensure all deliverables and milestones
were met, delegating tasks to 2 analysts and various cross-functional
team members, analyzing spend & usage patterns, identifying potential

methodology training, quantifying and analyzing final proposals, supplier
