position with your organization. I currently hold a Licensed Independent

Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC-CS) credential with clinical

supervision endorsement in the state of Ohio. As a LICDC-CS I have over 10

years of specialized experience in the field of chemical dependency.

I have experience working in various treatment settings from

outpatient to residential. I have provided alcohol & drug treatment

services including CIAI-C assessment interviews, I have developed initial
