Revised Letter of Instruction to the Conservator Delegation dated November 15, 2012.
Compliance and regulatory work related to FHFA Scorecard items and Conservator directives
and guidance that impact both Government Sponsored Enterprises (Freddie Mac and Fannie
Mae) and the secondary mortgage market.
Project Management/Business Analysis – CNBI work
Successfully orchestrate communications between the Legal Division’s subject matter experts
and Freddie Mac’s business clients in order to identify the legal and regulatory risk of
implementing a CNBI (mostly CNBIs proposed by the Investments and Capital Markets
Division). Build a deep understanding of new products and new activity initiatives at a cross-
divisional level in order to identify key facts of a proposed CNBI that impact the legal and
regulatory advice that the Legal Division provides to internal clients. P articipate in working
groups to identify current gaps and create the necessary business processes to successfully
comply with regulatory requirements applicable to new products and new activities currently
being implemented by Freddie Mac. Manage regulatory filings with FHFA, as Conservator.
