1. ERP Migration – analyzing current

software. Hardware setup and configuration,

2. Payroll Migration - Researched, planned and
implemented a new payroll system to work
with a new ERP system. Worked with
software vendors to integrate payroll, ERP and
time keeping. Developed processes and
procedures for the new software. Trained and
supported users.
3. Autodesk Migration - Worked with vendor to
Integrate Autodesk products with the ERP
system. Currently planning a migration from
Synergis Adept (document management
system) to Autodesk Vault. Vault will be
integrated with the Document Management
System within ERP system. Developing
processes and procedures for drawing releases
and revisions.
4. Email migration - from 3rd party POP3 mail to
in-house Microsoft Exchange 2007 server.
Collaboration of Calendars, Global Address
books, ActiveSync, Mobile Phone Access,
security and Exchange database redundancy.
Increased email proficiency by 50%. Reduced
the risk of lost data by 100%.
5. CRM Migration - CRM (GoldMine) from a
client/server configuration to a Terminal
Server/ Remote Access for outside Sales
division. Synchronization of individual laptops
and databases was cumbersome and often
failed. Evaluated, planned, and implemented
the migration. Implemented a training program
for users on procedures for using the Terminal
Server environment.
6. Migration of a workgroup network
environment to a Server Domain environment.
Using Microsoft products, Windows Server,
Microsoft ISA server, Microsoft Exchange,
Symantec Backup and Corporate Antivirus
Software.
7. Researched, planned and implemented
network/software environment for a resort.

restaurant software and phone systems from
