URS Energy - Knoxville, TN - Uranium Storage Facility (06/ 2011 - 06/2012)

Sr. Piping / Plant Designer - Bentley PSDS - 3D Microstation -

Responsible for piping and plant design of assembly area for Y12 Uranium

storage facility. Modeled utility and process piping and equipment using

Bentley PSDS. Utilized Bentley navigator for model reviews, extracted

isometrics, created line and equipment lists in Microsoft excel.

Alstom Power - Knoxville, TN (01/ 2011 - 06/2011)

Sr. Piping Designer - PDMS / Autoplant 3D- Area lead for Refrigeration

Area for Carbon Capture feed study. Modeled all piping in refrigeration

area for +/- 25% feed study. Consisting of Cooling tower, receivers,

compressors, heat exchangers, pumps and vessels. Modeled in Autoplant for

client feed study then initiated model in PDMS with regard to client

proceeding with phase II of project (being 100% PDMS Model of phase I for

fabrication)

PASCE. Coordinated with construction for plant shut down.

Sr. PDMS Piping designer.- Grass roots Paper mill Santiago Chile.- One of

two designers selected travel to South America and bring an over budget and

behind schedule project back under control. Work was done in Santiago

office. Designed Pipe routing, Modeled Equipment, pipe hangers, extracted

reports, revised schedules, issued isometrics, and brought project under

control. All done in PDMS

Proctor Gamble (Sacramento, CA) Sr. PDMS Piping designer - Sent as a field

engineer to assist in start up. Made changes to PDMS model in field in

order to remain on schedule. Ordered materials, extracted isometrics and

orthographic drawings from model.

McNeil Pharmaceutical (Singapore China) Sr. PDS Piping designer Area lead

for grass roots chemical plant in Singapore. Plant was a duplicate of

Project Manager for mid size General contractor. Maintained the Wal-mart

Account which included project management duties for remodels of Sam's

Club. Responsibilities included Sending drawings out for bid, Qualifying

3M Mechanical Integrity (Chemical division) Area Lead Piping / Pasce

designer for various areas at 3M Cottage Grove, MN. Job consisted of

walking down existing piping and performing "as-built" modeling of plant in

3-D Pasce. placed pointers on pipe for mechanical integrity inspection of

critical systems.
