Day to day accounts transaction updating in ERP Software.
Preparing LPO’s For Purchasing.
Verifying invoices of vendors and suppliers properly Accounting and submitting to the Finance
Manager for Approval.
Preparing transfer slips, cheques and Online Transfer.
Reconciliation of vendor payments.
Collecting supporting document for preparing Invoices & submitting to Project In charge.
Responding to creditor inquiries and follow-up on outstanding invoices
Preparing debit notes and credit notes.
Reconciliation of Debtors with Project wise.
Monthly wise closing cash and bank book.
Execution of Bank reconciliation statements.
Verifying wages card of Manpower and preparing Salary Statement, Staff salaries transferring to
WPS Accounts.
Prepare petty cash summary on a daily basis and submitting to the Finance Manager.
Keeping track of intercompany transitions.
Monthly wise Accounts Closing up to Trail Balance.
Preparing KPI documents for project wise costing purpose submitting to management.
Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the Management

Successfully streamlined all third party Manpower billings which resulted in a monthly gross

resulted in reduction of monthly purchase costs by 5%.
