FINAL YEAR PROJECT: Developing of test rig of an Active Suspension on a Quarter Car

Model.

Suspension systems are designed for two criteria i.e. ride quality or handling. It has always

been a compromise between these two criteria. This technology helps you in having both

criteria of suspension design in a single vehicle. The project is about building a test rig for

studying the characteristics and performance of an active suspension system on a quarter car

model by using mechanical linkage and pneumatic cylider as force actuator.
