Master Welder Fabricator / Supervisor/Safety

Profile: Over 25 yrs. Experience in welding fabrication 15yrs as Supervisor

and supervised over 300 employees both epact and foreign nationals and local

nationals. I have been certified in AWS D1.1 Structural all types of welding

Processes ex. (GMAW, GTAW, FCAW and SMAW) Welding certifications and also

been certified in ASME IV boiler codes. I have taken the 40hr. HAZWOP course

and have certificate. I have over 10yrs. Experience in safety working in shop

environment and construction sites. I have experience with NDT testing and with

ultra sound testing. Familiar with welding on most types of metals ferrous and

non-ferrous metals and their welding processes. Can read and fabricate from most

blue prints Machining prints and also have worked from structural blue prints.

Have experience and proficient in many types of oxygen acetylene and plasma

cutting equipment. Also able to build fixtures for production fabrication and use all

types of fabricating equipment IE. Break Press metal plate forming rolls and many

other types of fabricating equipment.

I am currently working in Qatar as overseas contractor and used to working over

60 hrs. A week. I have been vetted through DOD and done SF86 and SF85

through DOD
