finally to 99.999% in February, all while reducing staff levels

editing facilities, data centers and staff in Nashville, Washington

D.C., Denver and Los Angeles.

WarpRadio - COO / CTO / President - Internet radio distribution for

traditional radio stations 2000 -2001

. Revamped operations to reduce the average time to implement from 4

months to 1 resulting in an over 400% improvement in revenues while

reducing operating costs by 5%

. Built a technical support organization from scratch that supported

over 500 radio stations in every state of the US as well as Canada,

Europe and Australia

. Implemented robust and resilient network infrastructures connecting

all radio stations to listeners around the world

. Designed and implemented service metrics and a compensation plan to

RMI.NET -- CTO / VP & GM Technology & Operations - Internet service & CLEC

telephone company 1998 - 2000

. Redesigned and automated the entire infrastructure of the company,

while remaining at 32% under operating budget and using only 20% of

the planned capital budget. This resulted in a cash-flow savings of

over $2.5 million in the first year with a projection of several times

this in future years

. Partnered with hardware and software vendors to obtain over $35

million in vendor financing for the network and systems build-out

. Helped the company grow to over 100,000 customers and expanded from

a regional provider in Colorado to 11 additional western and mid-

western states.

. Managed redundant and fault tolerant hardware environments as a

telecommunications CLEC and an ISP

. Implemented Oracle, Portal and Clarify, CRM and ERP

. Coordinated customer and technical support organizations dispersed

throughout the country by implementing shared procedures enforced

save an annualized $1.5 million in just 5 months, including service
