STATICS & DYNAMICS STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF TRUCK CHASSIS TO ON- ROAD EXCITATIONS

Introduction: The chassis of the truck provides the support to the entire body &chassis is subjected to vibration induced by road excitations& by other vibrating components mounted on it. This project aims at studying & improving the vibration characteristics of a truck chassis that include natural frequency & mode shapes through CAE simulations on using HYPERMESH & RADIOSS

FABRICATION OF MULTIPLE CUTTING MACHINE

Introduction: The main aim of this project is fabrication of multiple cutting machine is to increase production rate, at the same time minimizing the noise, time and cost,because in olden days different cutting machines were used for cutting different materials and time taken for cutting materials is more, which results low production rate.

INTERNSHIPS

• Attended training for 6 weeks in Technology Training and Research Centre, Bangalore in 2013 to understand the Design Modules

• Attending training in TECHZILON TRAINING SOUTIONS, Bangalore in 2014 to learn CAE (HYPERMESH)

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Received Institute Academic Prize 2012-2013 for securing 1st in F.E.M among degree students of 2012-2013 batch in the department of Mechanical Engineering

• Actively participated and awarded Silver Medal for 6th place in Running Race of 3km during scholastic zonal
