. Manage the administrative and logistics area, handling seamless
casing, tubing and line pipe import and transport, making sure that we
pay the correct amount of import taxes, arranging the land transport
and the shipping from origin (China).
. Manage clients and prospects for Colombia. Provide information for
quotations, bids, and requests for proposals that leads into a sale or
a promising participation in the client's bids.
. Receive shipping's from China, and coordinate the transport to the
oilfield, traveling at the time of arrival and coordinating all the
procedures, following the correct measures that leads into a
successful delivery of the merchandise.
. Manage the financial area including payroll for employees in the
Bogot office, payments for suppliers and temporary workers (e.g.
lawyer, accountant). Slashed payroll/benefits administration costs 30%
