Gauravi Shetty E-mail: *************@*****.***

Mob : 741*******

CAREER OBJECTIVE

To work as a key player in a challenging and creative environment. Also to contribute

professionally towards the fulfillment of the objectives of the company.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Have hands on experience on verilog, vhdl and matlab programming.

• Have hands on experience on working on Xilinx, cadence, matlab tools and

microcontroller 8051, microprocessor 8086.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

PROJECT 1:

Project Name : - SMART CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WHEEL CHAIR.

Team Size :4

Duration : Jan 2013- Jun 2013

Description:

• Project named “SMART CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WHEEL CHAIR”. The

main aim of the project is to design and develop a MEMS based control

system such that the user can control the wheel chair and also can

communicate to the user using the wireless technology and with speech unit in

the real time environment.

• MEMS accelerometers enhance the natural abilities common between all

accelerators; hence, these devices are extremely fine-tuned and accurate.

MEMS stand for Micro Electro Mechanical Systems, and when discussing the

technicalities of accelerometers it refers specifically to a mass-displacer that

can translate external forces such as gravity into kinetic motion energy. This

part of the accelerometer usually contains some type of spring force in order to

balance the external pressure and displace its mass, thus leading to the motion

that produces acceleration.

• The mechanism works like this: external force is applied and shifts the

position of the proof mass from a neutral position to an active position;

typically the amount of this deflection is measured by analog or digital

readouts. The variations can be charted by using a set of beams that are fixed

in place contrasting with a set of beams that have been attached to the surface

of the proof mass somehow. Such a simple system makes the accelerometer

not only reliable but also relatively inexpensive to manufacture.

Hardware: Accelerometer, PIC microcontroller, CPLD, ARP9600, Timers 555.

PROJECT 2:

Project Name : - WIRELESS CHARGING USING INDUCTIVE POWER.

Team Size :4

Duration : Aug 2012-Dec2012

Description:

• Project named “WIRELESS CHARGING USING INDUCTIVE POWER

TRANSFER”. This project’s objective is to create an inductively coupled

universal battery charger, supporting the simultaneous charging of multiple

batteries, and the most common rechargeable battery types.

• Wireless charging, also known as Inductive charging, transfers energy between

two devices using electromagnetic field. An AC current in one part

(transmitter coil) creates a magnetic field, which in turn creates voltage and

induces it in the second part (receiver coil), and the voltage eventually powers

your device (in our case a Smartphone) without any wire connecting the two

of them. All you need to do is place the device near/on the charging plate.

These two coils together form one transformer

PROJECT 3:

Project Name : ENHANCED SECURE ARCHITECTURE FOR JTAG SYSTEMS.

Team Size :1

Duration : Jan 2014-May 2014

Description :

• Mini project named “ENHANCED SECURE ARCHITECTURE FOR JTAG

SYSTEMS”. The object of the project is to create multilevel security for jtag

systems.

• The proposed architecture uses a hierarchical multilevel privilege structure. A

user has an associated privilege level Pi . Groups of instructions have an

access level Ai such that only a user with a Pi Ai can execute that instruction.

The number of privilege levels can be set by the designer of the IC. A unique

feature of the proposed architecture is that the scan chains themselves are

monitored, instead of just the JTAG IR as in [3]. Each scan chain is monitored

by a separate security mechanism, allowing for different access level

configurations per scan chain. The rationale for this is many scan chains are

essentially IRs for modules in the IC, and therefore have unique opcodes and

instruction formats.

Software : Model sim simulator

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
