Histochemistry detection of disseminated tumor cells in the skeleton:

Collected and processed different tissues for cryosectioning, tumor cell

detection by fluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry

Performed western blotting assay for analysis of expression, activation and

signaling of different chemokine receptors in cancer cells

CX3CR1 receptor inhibition: Performed Dose-response studies on novel

small-molecule inhibitors of CX3CR1

CXCR4 and Androgen receptor inhibition: Performed cell viability assays to

study the survival of prostate cancer cells treated with antagonists of the

Androgen Receptor or the CXCR4 chemokine receptor, alone or in

combination.

Effect of CX3CR1 inhibitor on CXCR4 receptor: Studied the effect of a

CX3CR1 inhibitor on stimulation of CXCR4 receptors by SDF-1.
