producing 6,000 finished goods / 30,000 SKU's.

locations in Asia. U.S. Pipe makes 4 inch to 60-inch pipe for the housing
industry and water supplies for state government projects across the United
States and international. The parent company, Muller Water out of Atlanta,
Georgia, which other
Companies they own are Fast fab and Anvil, where they make fasteners and
fire hydrants. Responsible for 800 union and 80 non-union employees.
o Provided daily Labor and Employee Relations support to the Bessemer Pipe
Plant including advising and counseling supervisors and managers on how
to properly address contractual issues.
o Provided "hands-on plant presence" HR leadership to the organization, and
is involved in the administration of the following HR functions such as
employee relations, employment laws, compensation management, recruitment
and hiring, and health and welfare benefits.
o Actively involved in safety before employees were bale to work in the
foundry.
o Part of the safety team for improvements; bathrooms, injury root cause
analysis meetings and part of damage at the plant during the Tuscaloosa
tornado.

Canada. It is the largest company in North America to create and warehouse
gift cards in the industry. Archway has one cold storage facility for
Nestle and Mars products. Archway marketing has a non-union and union
environment.
o Created New Hire orientation training and implemented the program
throughout North America.
o Implemented and managed a startup project for the US Neutrogena call
center (skin ID) of approximately 50 employees, including the managers.
o Created and implemented the safety manual and trained weekly on safety
throughout the plant.
o Worked on EEOC charges and legal issues to resolve complaints with
employees throughout all the facilities in North America.

Teamsters union.
