“DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF HORIZONTAL BEARING PRESS

MACHINE”

Initially Horizontal bearing press machine was having only three

parts. It was very difficult for workers to put the shaft on the machine. We

modified this machine by adding one mechanism (Rotating table) and

modifying existing two parts (Ram and Shaft holder), which reduced material

handling time and increased production rate as well as worker’s safety.

DME: “PNEUMATIC HACKSAW MACHINE”

This hacksaw machine is operated by compressed air and

doesn’t need electricity. It needs 10 bar pressure for operation. We can control

pressure using regulator.
