Duties include answering calls in an inbound call center in regards to
class action lawsuits, manufacturer's recalls, vehicle warranties, and
radio codes for Honda and Acura vehicles. If unable to assist customers
with their concerns, responsible for dispatching call to proper department.
Main responsibilities are case managing claims submitted by customers in
regards to class action law suits. Duties include analyzing documents
customers submit to see if they qualify for reimbursements, warranty
extensions or both. Responsible for calculating reimbursement figures and
submitting to team lead for approval. Duties also include managing cases
that are ineligible for reimbursements and reviewing additional documents
