IT Management - Managing software support, application design and development, training, helpdesk and

Data Warehouse – Utilized Cognos BI and Informatica to implement a data warehouse for the Revenue
Business Intelligence application which provides an environment to promote easier data analysis and end user
reporting tools for data trends and revenue inquiries.
Industry Wide Project – Collaborated with the 3 credit bureaus to manage the development and implementation
of the Vantage Score which was created to compete for market share against the nationally recognized FICO
score.
