Mainly responsible for the analysis of all incoming & new Chemicals & Dyes for

evaluation of comparative studies and their assessment according to their results then

conduct Bulk Trial for Production application.

Conduct stability-testing, assist to QC deptt. with specifics test methods & keep

track of technical developments.

New vendor selection and certification & be familiar with cost details of materials

used.

To make correlation & minimize the difference between lab and production.

To control all the documents & implementation related to compliance according to IKEA

MAT-0010, MAT-0054, REACH, GOTS, OEKOTEX-100 & arrangements for audit with the

Auditors of Customers.

Decision making on different issues involving poor rubbing, shade variations, physical

appearance of fabric, and machine parameters etc.

Trouble shooting is a key responsibility for each process e.g Check & identify problem

in the fabric (like iron particle & stain etc) & provide the feasible remedy according

to production resources, Check the quality of the fabric (count, construction & weave

etc), Blend ratio & dyes Identification Test etc.

Managing the processing issues like shade topping, whiteness issues.

Develop the recipe for every process & To manage all the samples & recipes according

to product development

A covering sight on physical testing and make sure to approve their result as per

costumer protocol.

To Manage all testing of fabric according to AATCC, ISO, IKEA & Customer

Specification.
