Project Title : “Automotive closing of Toilet in Locomotives”.

Duration : 3 months

Synopsis :

My mini project is hydraulic engg oriented by the way we considering the social issue

also. Indian railway facing one of the major problems is How to dispose the feces in eco ways. In

this project we use butterfly valves and rotating blades to execute the automatic opening and closing.

MAIN PROJECT :

Project Title : Heat Transfer analyses on Plate Heat Exchanger By Using CFD”

Duration : 3 months

Package used : Ansys Fluent 12.0

Synopsis :

My Main Project is Thermal Engg oriented. We analyses the Heat Transfer analyses

on Plate Heat Exchanger By Using CFD Fluent Software. In this Project We Use the Chevron Plates

to analyses the heat transfer in three nodes. By using CFD clearly calculate the how much heat

transfer between the hot and cold fluid, also calculate the velocity distribution and pressure

difference between the solid region and fluid region.

TECHNICAL EXPOSURE

Completed In-Plant Training in “UNIQ Technologies” in T.nagar,Chennai.

EXTRA CURRICULAR :

Participated in inter college cultural program and won the THIRD PRIZE in Drama
