Accomplishments
Leadership and Management
Led, mentored, trained, and supported more than 70 Marines while serving as Flight Line Division Supervisor. Safely
maintained and managed the maintenance and daily operations of 27 helicopters. Established policy and conducted
training on safety within the work area while serving as the ground safety officer. Acted as the Safety Program
Coordinator ensuring safety policies were established and adhered to on a consistent basis.
Team Building
Together with civilian and military personnel worked to establish new repair procedures and processes which resulted
in a safer and more efficient maintenance practice. Analyzed squadron level repair procedures ensuring that
maintenance practices were performed with in guidelines. Increased production rates by prioritizing and scheduling
maintenance, increasing the number of aircraft available for the daily flight schedule, allowing for pilots and aircrew to
achieve basic minimum qualifications required for currency.
Personnel Management
Balanced the training of the Marines within the division to make sure they are highly qualified in performing all

Helicopter Mechanic/Supervisor – As a Production Controller and Supervisor planned, scheduled and directed
maintenance as required. As a mechanic for AH-1W and UH-1N performed preflight and post flight inspections.
Removed and replace defective components as needed as well as performed functional check flights to ensure
maintenance was performed correctly. As a Quality Assurance Representative proficient in the use of precision
measuring tools such as depth gauges, micrometers, calipers and torque wrench. Performed audits on supportive work
centers to ensure maintenance and production was completed in accordance with guidelines. Tracked flight hours and
special maintenance required ensuring all preventative maintenance was performed on time. Supervised flight line and
hangar activities to include ensuring all safety procedures were adhered to at all times. Supervised and coordinated the
maintenance activities of an airframe and power plants for AH-1W and UH-1N. Oversaw and assisted with the
maintenance and repair of 27 helicopters and performed other airport maintenance activities. Trained employees and
inspected work to assure specified standards and quality assurance. Inspected defective equipment to determine extent
of wear and/or damage. As a Work Center Supervisor managed and supervised junior mechanics while coordinating

ABF Frieght Systems
Responsible for overseeing the operations of a terminal with allocated revenues of approximately 5 million annually.
Duties include: managing 5 drivers, 1 office clerk as well as dock personnel. Responsible for overseeing customer
service, manpower planning and scheduling, inventory control, vendor selection, payroll, safety and employee training.
Worked directly with customers for inbound shipping appointments as well as coordinating outbound shipments to
ensure transportation of product in a timely manner. Also coordinated with the U-pack division in trailer spotting for
the movement of customers household goods. Extensive dispatch experience in the Central Louisiana area.
WESCO Distribution
Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. Ensure the workplace is a healthy and safe
environment and that requirements are met as well as responsible for the security of the building and stock. Plan the
arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as special orders
or projects. Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and
retrieval systems. Track delivery dates and maintain close contact with customers to ensure deliveries are made in a
timely manner and correctly. Manage personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.
Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity. Ensure all audit procedures are adhere to and in compliance.
Aerotek
Support the coordination and testing of EDS (Explosive Detection System) units/systems and associate BHS (Baggage
Handling System) component interfaces of the CBIS (Checked Baggage Inspection System). Testing is completed in
accordance with the TSA Master Test Plan for CBIS Test & Evaluation & Quality Assurance. As a field technician,
participate in on-site ISAT (Integrated Site Acceptance Team) for CBIS mobilization and testing activities including
staging of bags and test articles, bag induction into the BHS (Baggage Handling System), system performance
monitoring, data collection, reconciliation of collected data, authoring reports and securing of government owned test
article and demobilization tasks following completion of testing.
