was spent working for defense contractors in the aviation field. I

Office Manager/RCS/Admin Asst. - I was the Office Manager/EEO

Resident Compliance Specialist and Admin. Assistant for the

Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) division in our FWB

office. My duties included, but not limited to, scanning documents

into FDOT Hummingbird system, tracking equipment calibrations,

typing Engineering Summary Reports, entering data into various

spreadsheets, filing, ordering supplies, etc. As EEO Compliance

Officer my duties included making sure construction contractors

contracted with FDOT that we were prime on were in EEO compliance by

reviewing their certified payrolls, compliance certifications,

interview forms, OJT trainee information, etc. Regular

Office Manager/Secretary/Bookkeeper. I was the Office Manager, A/R

A/P bookkeeper, personnel (human resources)/personal secretary for

this fire and water restoration contractor who was also a licensed

claims adjuster. We built new homes, repairs/remodels, additions,

etc. I prepared reports, invoices, payroll, correspondence,

transcribe dictation, compiled project costs, called in inspections,

prepared 940s, UTC-6s, 941s, etc. Word, Excel, Quick Books Pro (for

payroll only), Works, Notary Public, type (95) 87 correct WPM. This

company has now closed due to the recession.

Tesco (EWA/DynCorp), A-15 Test Wing, Okaloosa Island, Eglin AFB, FL

(Defense Contractor)

Video Reduction Data Collector. Joint Biological Point Detection

System (JBPDS) was being tested by the military. Tesco used local

hire for this test. I observed video and recorded data on various

forms regarding procedure, safety and training of military personnel

after first being trained to use it. This was an eight-week test.

I worked at K-Mart in Milton as a cashier part-time and Subway at

Whiting Field part-time.

IDT Metric Systems, Inc., 645 Anchors Street, Ft. Walton Beach, FL

Technical Writer I. I was promoted from Business Development

Secretary III to Technical Writer I. I wrote, formatted and edited

military technical manuals on weapon and military systems that

Metric built-to-print for military aircraft, to include:

maintenance, operational, inspection, software, etc. I worked

closely with customers, engineers, designers and illustrators.

Business Development Secretary III. I assisted in all phases of

proposal development including pricing. Maintained and prepared

quarterly-report data and generated weekly proposal status reports.

Managed and logged incoming correspondence, solicitations and

proposal related material and set up initial files. Among regular

secretarial duties performed technical duties associated in proposal

efforts with knowledge of military technical manuals and being able

to locate necessary information to assist engineers. I generated

IPL's and spreadsheets. I transcribed recorded meetings. Performed

whatever was necessary to assist in the proposal effort. Supported

15 people on a regular basis, additional visitors as needed.
