Bakersfield up to parts of Oregon.
Set quotes for any and all cutomers in my set territory. Delivery of large electrical cords for generators and/
or luxury restrooms.
Accomplishments
Sought and set up new customer base in a new market. Set up and ran, although difficult, Northern California
generator rental division from 10 kw to 1 meg generators.

Responsibilities
Umpi* As manager, and well as partial owner, I was the sole "employee" of the Modesto location and remotely
ordered and managed the Turlock, CA location.
* Took care of A/P and A/R for both Modesto and Turlock locations.
* Responsible for customer service, loading materials and every day running of the store.
Accomplishments
* Took over as manager/sole employee August of 2002 taking revenue from $18,000 per month to $65,000 in
September and within 3 months, revenue increased to $95,000
* Used accumulated skills, from past years, to read plans for new build private construction as well as large
established builders.
* Due to my lack of knowledge of tile and granite countertops, had sales representatives come to store and
teach me basic knowledge of each product.
* Offered a unmatchable, customer service experience which resulted in return business, referrals and
