Developed the supplier selection process based on company requirements and supplier capabilities.

Issued purchasing orders, coordinated budget, logistics and purchasing in Madrid Airport project (Runway

construction), reducing in 5% the processes time of the overall project.

Implemented new marketing strategies, creating two Joint Ventures with suppliers to enter in unexplored
