Solely responsible for the entire creation of the Human Resources Department at

Ecommerce, LLC. – US, India and Romania offices. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for coordinating and directing all human resource functions, including

recruiting, employee relations, payroll/compensation and employee benefit programs

(insurance and 401k) within the US, India and Romania offices of Ecommerce, LLC.

Remotely supervise the Human Resources Representatives in the India and Romania

offices.

Work with department heads to create new policies to improve morale and better

maintain management and employee relationships.

Mentor and coach department managers and supervisors in accurately applying

company policies in matters of employee relations.

Negotiated annual open enrollment insurance terms with new providers in an effort to
